About the Role
We are seeking a detail?oriented Cost Management Analyst to support pricing, forecasting, and material cost processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into data, ensuring accuracy, and partnering closely with cross?functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and support the price and material adjustment process, ensuring part lists, pricing, and documentation are accurate and complete.
- Identify and investigate cost or data outliers, escalating issues as needed to drive resolution.
- Manage Material Place Holders within forecasting tools and conduct monthly 1:1 forecast reviews with Supply Base Managers.
- Assist with month?end activities, including updating forecasts in the Cost Management System (CMS).
- Publish recurring reports, interpret results, and confidently answer stakeholder questions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and other advanced functions.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict?resolution abilities.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem?solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Education
A degree is required — Technical, Associate, or Bachelor’s degree are all accepted.
