Customer Order Management Representative

Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid)
Schedule: Monday & Tuesday onsite required, plus one additional onsite day each week. Remaining days remote. Flexible hours 
Compensation:  $24.00/hour
Duration: Long-term contract with potential for extension and/or conversion

Position Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Order Management Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing the entire order lifecycle from order entry through fulfillment. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with customers, supply chain teams, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts throughout the full order lifecycle, including customer setup, order entry, modifications, tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor order status, proactively communicate updates, and resolve customer inquiries and escalations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and resolutions within company systems.
  • Utilize Excel and reporting tools to track orders, analyze data, and provide customer and internal reports.
  • Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, distribution, and manufacturing teams to support customer requirements.
  • Assist with quality-related concerns and support documentation through quality management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with shipping, export, and documentation requirements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal communication required).
  • Experience in customer order management, order processing, or customer support.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Experience working with customers and cross-functional business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within supply chain, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or customer operations environments.
  • Knowledge of quality management processes or systems.
  • Experience creating reports and analyzing operational data.
  • Continuous improvement or process improvement experience.
