Summary
The Data Analyst will play a key role in shaping how data is collected, analyzed, and applied to inform strategic decisions within a corporate regulatory Project Management Office. This position delivers actionable insights through survey analytics, performance metrics, and dynamic data visualizations that support key program indicators and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement frameworks for collecting and organizing program-related data
  • Create and manage surveys to assess program effectiveness and stakeholder engagement
  • Analyze survey results to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar tools to visualize program performance.
  • Create executive-level dashboards that highlight key metrics and strategic impact.
  • Present data insights in a clear, compelling format for leadership and stakeholders
  • Refine and track key performance indicators (KPIs)

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and survey platforms (e.g., Microsoft Forms).
  • Experience managing SharePoint sites and publishing content for diverse audiences.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner. 
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail.
  • Understand and evaluate data collection methods and sources to determine feasibility and completeness.
  • Identify gaps in data and recommend strategies for improved data capture aligned with program goals.
  • Link and synthesize data from multiple systems to generate insights on program effectiveness and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data strategies align with strategic objectives and reporting needs. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with international teams or global programs.
  • Familiarity with regulatory affairs or healthcare compliance.
