In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of marketing, customer data, paid media, and marketing technology, supporting audience segmentation, campaign targeting, and customer data activation across marketing platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with backgrounds in digital marketing, CRM, audience strategy, marketing operations, or paid media. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

? Build and manage customer audiences for marketing campaigns
? Support audience activation through platforms such as Salesforce and LiveRamp
? Partner with marketing, analytics, and IT teams to manage customer data flows
? Analyze audience performance and customer segments
? Support paid media targeting and campaign execution
? Ensure data privacy and compliance standards are met
? Help drive AI-enabled improvements to marketing processes and audience management 

What We’re Looking For:

? 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, CRM Marketing, Audience Strategy, Data Management, or Advertising
? Experience with audience segmentation and customer targeting
? Understanding of digital advertising and paid media
? Strong analytical and organizational skills
? Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

? Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Salesforce Ad Studio
? Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
? First-party customer data experience
? AI or marketing automation experience
