Job Description:
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary analytics partner and point of contact for Finance stakeholders.

Manage intake, prioritization, requirements gathering, and communication for reporting and analytics requests.

Perform ongoing ad hoc analysis related to ARR, NRR, and revenue performance.

Partner closely with Finance during quarter-end close activities, including ARR snapshots, bridge reconciliations, variance analysis, and sign-off support.

Analyze and define reporting logic for new go-to-market motions, including ramp deals, flex agreements, delayed starts, and other emerging commercial models.

Investigate ARR bridge movements and maintain revenue reporting models.

Develop new ARR and NRR reporting solutions from concept through delivery.

Deliver dashboards, recurring reports, and analytical outputs that drive business decisions.
Requirements
-
10+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Revenue Analytics, Finance Analytics, FP&A Systems, or related analytical functions.

Experience working within a public SaaS company environment.

Strong understanding of SaaS revenue metrics, including ARR, NRR, churn, renewals, ATR, and bookings.

Hands-on experience supporting Finance organizations and quarter-end close processes.

Experience supporting auditable or externally reported business metrics.
-
Proven ability to define reporting frameworks and metrics that did not previously exist.

Familiarity with Salesforce revenue-related business processes and data structures, including opportunities, quotes, entitlements, and renewals.

Understanding of complex deal constructs such as ramp agreements, multi-year contracts, delayed starts, co-terming, flex arrangements, and early renewals.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience as a Data Product Owner or Analytics Product Owner.

Background as an Analytics Business Analyst supporting enterprise reporting programs.

Experience working in fast-growing subscription or cloud software companies.

Exposure to executive-level KPI development and strategic reporting initiatives.

Experience partnering across Finance, Revenue Operations, and Data teams to drive reporting improvements.

Demonstrated use of AI and LLM technologies to improve analytical productivity and insight generation.
