OVERVIEW

The Digital Product Research Team is seeking a lead Quantitative Research Specialist who is highly analytical and operationally minded to scale our NPS program. We are looking for an expert who has maintained similar processes for reporting metrics to all levels of leadership in an enterprise. You will partner closely with our internal teams on the “How, What, and Why” of this program. Ultimately, your goal is to build a streamlined, automated research engine that our internal teams can easily maintain and expand upon contract completion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the quantitative liaison between D&R, the Quality team (Medallia), and DPD Research (CSAT) to ensure data taxonomies align and leadership receives a unified “Source of Truth.”
  • Executive Reporting: Translate raw data into highly confident, executive-ready dashboards and reports. These metrics will directly influence product roadmaps and executive decision-making.
  • ResearchOps Handoff: Document all workflows, scripts, and methodologies to ensure a seamless transition of the automated system back to the internal D&R team at the end of the contract.
  • Executive Decision Making: Requires self-starter mentality with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
