Job Summary
We are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI agents that automate workflows and improve business decision-making. This role will focus on building agentic AI solutions using Dataiku, Snowflake Cortex, Python, and modern AI frameworks, while establishing scalable, secure, and reusable architectures. The successful candidate will also help advance team capabilities by sharing expertise in emerging AI technologies and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents using Dataiku and Snowflake Cortex.
- Develop workflow automation solutions using Dataiku Recipes, Python, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- Create multi-agent architectures supporting orchestration, planning, delegation, and collaboration.
- Implement secure, governed AI solutions with RBAC, guardrails, auditability, and compliance controls.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, data sources, document repositories, and collaboration tools.
- Conduct agent testing, evaluation, observability, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Develop reusable prompts, agent frameworks, and AI design patterns.
- Establish human-in-the-loop workflows, approval processes, feedback loops, and continuous improvement mechanisms.
- Build production-ready Dataiku applications and WebApps that drive adoption and usability.
- Support deployment, operationalization, scalability, governance, and cost optimization of AI solutions.
- Collaborate with a small project team in an agile environment and participate in daily standups.
- Mentor team members on agentic AI technologies and implementation best practices.
Years of Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 5-7 years of experience in AI, machine learning, software engineering, data engineering, or a related discipline.
- Internship experience may be considered toward overall experience requirements.
- Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise AI solutions.

- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, and CrewAI.
- Multi-agent architecture, orchestration, and reusable agent frameworks.
- Enterprise AI security, governance, RBAC, authorization models, and guardrails.
- API development and enterprise integrations across data, collaboration, and document platforms.
- Event-driven and batch-processing architectures.
- Agent evaluation, testing, observability, monitoring, and regression testing.
- Prompt engineering, agent design patterns, and framework development.
- Human-in-the-loop workflows and decision support processes.
- Dataiku application development, WebApps, and user experience design.
- Deployment automation, operationalization, scalability, and governance.
- LLM optimization, performance tuning, latency reduction, and cost management.
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and knowledge-sharing skills.
Preferred
- Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agent-to-agent communication frameworks.
- Experience building scalable enterprise AI platforms and reference architectures.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills.
