The Demand Planning Business Operations Senior Specialist plays a key role in supply chain and financial planning, supporting sales, account teams, and leadership with in-depth analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to communicate complex data clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage SCM PSI activities, including selling, sell?out, inventory, and weeks of supply (WOS).
- Prepare and deliver clear, professional communications to account teams, SEA teams, and headquarters, simplifying complex updates.
- Communicate effectively in both written and face?to?face settings with account, SEA, and RPM teams.
- Report on product PSI status and support decision?making using both internal and customer?provided datasets.
- Maintain strong awareness of sales activities, market promotions, promotional performance, and associated costs.
- Partner closely with sales teams, holding counterparts accountable and driving improved sell?out performance through data?driven insights.
- Interpret sales results and translate findings into actions and measurable results.
- Create and maintain financial analysis reports for the NC team and assigned sales channels.
- Analyze actual financials and manage investment tracking for NC and sales channels.
- Conduct post?mortem analyses on promotional activities.
- Respond to NCME financial requests and perform ad?hoc financial analysis as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between the NC team and Financial Management to support finance?related requests.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required; advanced degree preferred.
- 4+ years of relevant experience with strong financial acumen and advanced analytical capabilities.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical proficiency required.
- High energy, fast learner, and adaptable to change.
- Ability to work under varying pressures in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interest in working within a highly collaborative team.

Physical/Mental Demands & Working Conditions

- Occasional lifting or movement of equipment up to 25 pounds.
