You will identify training needs, design the right delivery formats (virtual, in-person, quick-start guides, one-pagers, full courses), coordinate development with an off-site training resource team, and publish, promote, and continuously improve content. A key part of the job is organizing and maintaining training for early?career engineers and interns, while building a modern, comprehensive curriculum for newly onboarded engineers. - Provide clear requirements to the training resource team and manage the creation process end?to?end.
- Review, publish, and advertise newly created training; monitor adoption and learner feedback to drive improvements.
- Train intern and early?career engineer cohorts annually; coordinate schedules, materials, and session logistics.
- Collaborate with product managers across domains (e.g., Data Exchange & Reporting, Change & Document Management, CAD, Bill of Materials, PLM security/foundation, and visualization) to ensure new features and processes are accurately documented in training.
- Share updates in weekly stand?ups and monthly all?hands; maintain stakeholder alignment on priorities and release timelines.
- Serve as backup for teammates on customer requirements and use cases, helping translate business needs into effective training assets.
Years of Experience and Education
- 5–10 years of engineering experience within product development, manufacturing, or PLM/tooling environments.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; an associate’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience will be considered.

- Comparable backgrounds may include roles in training/trainer functions supporting engineering tools and processes.
Technical Skills
Required
- Exceptional written communication and English grammar; able to produce clear, concise training and informational documents.
- Strong organization and catalog management skills; attention to detail and version control discipline.
- Initiative and ownership; able to drive training projects from problem definition to delivery without heavy supervision.
- Public speaking and facilitation; comfortable presenting to large groups and engaging diverse engineering audiences.
Preferred
