Senior Business Analyst (Digital Experience)
Location: Detroit, MI (Hybrid: 1 day onsite, 4 days remote)
Pay Range Based on Experience: up to $85,000/annually
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong Agile/Scrum experience to support digital initiatives and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, Product Owners, UX teams, and Front-End/UI Developers. This role is ideal for someone who can translate business requirements into actionable solutions, facilitate cross-functional discussions, support testing efforts, and help drive successful delivery of customer-facing digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Partner with Product, UX, Front-End Developers, and technical teams to support digital experience initiatives.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Lead meetings and facilitate communication between business, IT, operational, and vendor teams.
- Support system testing, UAT, defect triage, and issue resolution activities.
- Analyze business rules, validate system behavior, and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Track testing results, document findings, and provide status reporting to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience supporting digital products, web applications, or customer-facing digital experiences.
- Ability to work closely with Front-End/UI Developers, UX teams, and technical stakeholders.
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Experience with system testing, defect tracking, and issue triage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Experience with cost-related systems or financial data.
- Medical billing and coding knowledge.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate with development teams.
