Pay Range: $50-65 an hour 

Job Description:
The IT Engagement & Marketing Coordinator supports an organization’s IT leadership team by driving internal communications, marketing campaigns, and engagement initiatives that increase awareness, adoption, and understanding of IT services. This role combines digital marketing, stakeholder communications, event coordination, and project support to strengthen collaboration, showcase IT successes, and improve organizational engagement. The position also helps establish sustainable communication channels, engagement practices, and processes that will continue delivering value beyond the temporary assignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and analyze digital marketing and advertising campaigns aligned with organizational and IT engagement objectives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify communication goals, target audiences, messaging, and appropriate marketing channels.
  • Create and manage marketing content, copy, newsletters, email campaigns, social media advertising, digital display advertising, and promotional materials.
  • Support SEO, paid search, web analytics, podcast sponsorships, and other digital marketing initiatives while monitoring campaign performance and key metrics.
  • Provide reporting, insights, and recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and media investments.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, including technology showcases, staff events, awareness campaigns, and community-building initiatives.
  • Promote IT services, capabilities, and success stories through storytelling, communications, and knowledge-sharing programs.
  • Manage relationships with advertising agencies, vendors, publishers, designers, and other external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support small-to-medium projects through project planning, stakeholder communications, meeting coordination, documentation, and progress tracking.
  • Maintain communication assets, event processes, and repeatable engagement frameworks that strengthen long-term organizational effectiveness.
