Overview
The Operations team within TV Marketing is responsible for building scalable processes and workflows, managing budgets, and overseeing creative production in partnership with internal creative teams.
As part of the Operations team, the Digital Creative Producer works closely with the Senior Creative Director, Creative Producers, Ad Producers, cross-functional stakeholders, and external agencies to ensure the successful production and delivery of all digital creative assets. This includes static, interactive, and rich media campaigns supporting original TV series, films, and live sports programming, including MLS, MLB, and Formula 1.
This role manages multiple agency partners simultaneously while overseeing budgets, timelines, deliverables, approvals, and communications. The Digital Creative Producer plays a critical role in ensuring digital campaigns are executed efficiently, on schedule, and at the highest creative standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end production of digital creative assets, from project kickoff through approvals and final delivery.
- Select, onboard, and brief digital agencies on campaign requirements, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Facilitate daily scrum meetings to align teams on priorities, objectives, and action items.
- Manage project budgets, including estimates, forecasting, actuals tracking, and purchase order requests.
- Coordinate and track feedback across multiple rounds of creative development and stakeholder review.
- Collaborate with art and print producers to source key art assets and adapt them for digital advertising formats.
- Troubleshoot creative, layout, sizing, and technical specification challenges across various digital placements.
- Maintain organization and efficiency across a high volume of assets, deliverables, and timelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, streamline production processes, and scale creative operations.
- Keep internal stakeholders and agency partners informed of project progress, risks, and key updates.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in digital production and project management, supporting static, interactive, and rich media creative campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Experience briefing, managing, and partnering with creative agencies; entertainment, media, sports, or consumer marketing experience is highly preferred.
- Strong passion for entertainment, creative storytelling, and solving complex production challenges.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving and execution.
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume creative environment.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, remove obstacles, and keep projects moving forward.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
- Entertainment, streaming, studio, sports, or media marketing experience.
- Experience producing campaigns across digital display, rich media, interactive advertising, and emerging digital formats.
- Familiarity with large-scale creative asset management and production workflows.
