Digital Product Analyst

Location: Hoover, AL (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: 40 Hours per Week
Pay Range: $45-47 per hour

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Analyst to support digital product initiatives within a large enterprise environment. This individual will work closely with product managers, product owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to help drive product enhancements, analyze system performance, support Agile delivery teams, and ensure successful execution of product initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bridging the gap between business and technology, gathering requirements, supporting Agile teams, and helping improve digital products that serve a large customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze application and system performance to identify defects, enhancements, and improvement opportunities.
  • Gather, document, and translate business requirements into features and user stories.
  • Support Agile teams by helping prioritize work, manage sprint activities, and resolve documentation or knowledge gaps.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, workflows, user guides, and feature details.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new releases, enhancements, and bug fixes.
  • Evaluate and prioritize system defects based on business impact and customer needs.
  • Collect, organize, and interpret data to support product decisions and performance optimization.
  • Assist with product demos, quarterly business reviews, and other stakeholder presentations.
  • Support product teams throughout the full development lifecycle, including analysis, development, testing, implementation, and post-launch activities.
  • Monitor objectives, key results, and product performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of application support, business analysis, or related experience OR
  • High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience working with Agile teams and software development lifecycles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and creating functional documentation.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Banking or financial services experience.
  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban environments.
  • Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • SAFe Practitioner (SP) Certification.
