Job Title: District Sales Representative
Location: Coppell, Texas
Job Type: W2 Long-Term Contract
Expected hours per week: 40 hours
Schedule: Hybrid Mon-Thurs onsite, Fri remote
Pay Range: $35.50-$36.50 an hour
Job Description:
• Facilitate, coach, and consult with dealerships to ensure monthly and annual sales objectives are met, along with achieving additional dealership performance goals
• Assist with dealer and customer problem resolution
• Manage dealer compliance with OEM programs and administer manufacturer policies and procedures
• Support dealership inventory management, including vehicle ordering and ongoing stock optimization
• Maintain strong knowledge of all OEM products, services, customer demographics/profiles, and competitive automotive makes and models
• Work to improve retail website performance and increase lead?generation activities
• Analyze dealer sales performance, local market conditions (sales data, registration data, dealer effectiveness, lost sales), and competitive landscape to identify sales opportunities
• Coach dealerships on customer retention, satisfaction, and long?term loyalty
• Assist with the implementation of dealer?level digital marketing and advertising campaigns
• Conduct sales and training activities, including monthly remote customer contact meetings
This role operates largely independently. The ideal candidate is self?motivated, comfortable working autonomously, able to overcome objections during the selling process, and skilled at establishing and maintaining strong business relationships.
