Pay: $23.30 per hour (1 week PTO and medical contribution included – if desired)

Job Summary

The Employee Experience Representative supports employees and Unit HR by delivering high?quality assistance across key HR processes and transactions. This hybrid role requires four days onsite and one remote day per week, with flexibility on the remote day. Training is conducted fully onsite for approximately 2–3 months. The position focuses on customer service, HR process administration, and continuous improvement within the Human Resources Operations Center in Moline, IL.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide timely, professional, and customer?focused support by researching and resolving employee and HR inquiries.
  • Administer HR processes including talent acquisition tasks, internal transfers, organizational management updates, employee record maintenance, and university class administration.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee information and HR transactions.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance HR service delivery.
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with Employee Experience Specialists to support process improvements and resolve escalations.
