DESCRIPTION:
Our client is seeking an Energy Programs Dealership Representative to serve as a dealer-facing partner responsible for driving awareness, adoption, and execution of energy-related programs and solutions. This individual will work closely with dealership owners, managers, and sales teams to support program enrollment, activation, training, referral generation, and ongoing engagement.

This position is field-based and requires frequent travel throughout Northern California.

Key Responsibilities

Dealer Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for dealership personnel regarding energy programs, products, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealership owners, management teams, and sales staff.
  • Conduct proactive outreach, follow-up activities, and in-person dealership visits to drive program participation and engagement.
  • Support dealerships through onboarding, activation, referrals, and program adoption efforts.

Training & Education

  • Deliver training sessions and educational programs for dealership personnel on product offerings, activation processes, customer engagement strategies, and sales best practices.
  • Provide guidance on customer journey workflows and dealership execution processes.
  • Help dealerships understand program benefits and effectively communicate value to customers.

Program Adoption & Performance

  • Support achievement of key adoption and activation goals, including enrollments, portal usage, incentive processes, and referrals.
  • Monitor dealership engagement and identify opportunities to improve participation and performance.
  • Track dealer interactions, open items, and progress using CRM and internal business systems.

Customer & Event Engagement

  • Participate in dealer and brand events to educate prospective customers about available energy solutions.
  • Support customer outreach efforts and help generate interest in program offerings.
  • Assist with ongoing follow-up activities to drive successful participation and customer satisfaction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams to address dealer questions and improve program effectiveness.
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary and coordinate resolution efforts.
  • Share field feedback and insights to enhance processes, training materials, and overall dealer experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-through abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple relationships, priorities, and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience using CRM systems and standard business applications.
