Location: Milford, MI fully onsite
Start 1st shift – 8 weeks to go through training
1st – 6AM-4:30PM
2nd shift 4-2:30AM
3rd – 11PM – 7:30AM (M-F)
After training they will be assigned to an off shift or may stay on first shift. Manager will discuss this in the interview.
Education Requirement: High School Diploma, Nice to have – Associates degree
Years of experience – entry level position
Nice to have – 2 years’ experience in Dynamometer Testing / Lab Operations Setup
Nice to have –
Experience with AVL, Horiba or Burke Porter
Understanding of Global Manufacturing System principle
Quality / data validation experience – this attention to detail translates very
Soft skills – self-motivated, attention to detail, takes initiative
Set-up and perform emission testing on vehicles.

Daily breakdown – all 3 shifts have a similar day, meet in the team room to start the day, they will go through a brief overview for the day any emails/communications they need to talk about, they are given a schedule/site to go to and that site has their assignment and the test they need to run, running tests on their own, escalate to team lead if they need help with any troubleshooting
50% computer – 50% hands on
Interaction level with the team – the team is approx. 12 people, not a whole lot of interaction with their direct team members, assigned to a site by themselves the assignment comes from a team lead
