About the role
Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant supporting VP level leadership. You will be a trusted partner to senior leaders and help the organization run smoothly through expert coordination communication and follow through. This role calls for outstanding organization strong judgment and the ability to work with confidential information and time sensitive requests.
What you will do
• Manage complex executive calendars including prioritization conflict resolution and meeting logistics
• Coordinate domestic and international travel including flights lodging ground transportation and detailed itineraries
• Prepare executive level presentations reports spreadsheets and communications for internal and external audiences
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive communications and triage items that require urgent attention
• Plan schedule and host meetings and events including rooms visitor access agendas materials and follow up notes
• Support VIP visitor management and special arrangements as needed
• Maintain detailed itineraries and continuity for key business and industry relationships
• Interpret and clarify incoming requests ensuring accurate documentation and timely completion
• Track and replenish office supplies and support department operations and events
• Create and submit expense reports with accuracy and on time delivery in line with budget guidelines
• Assist in planning and executing workshops leadership meetings and internal events
• Maintain network and application access for the executive team and resolve minor technology issues or escalate appropriately
• Handle sensitive business and personal information with absolute confidentiality
• Build strong relationships across teams and maintain executive visibility and thoughtful follow up
• Pitch in on special projects and committees as needed
What you bring
• Bachelor degree and five or more years as an Executive Assistant supporting VP level leaders
• Proven expertise in high volume scheduling prioritization and executive communication
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint including creation of executive ready decks graphs tables and reports
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional presence across internal teams external partners agencies and senior leadership
• Ability to read prepare and interpret executive level documents presentations and contracts
• Strong track record handling highly confidential and sensitive materials
• Bilingual capability in Korean including speaking reading and writing
• Sharp attention to detail professionalism and a proactive problem solving mindset
