Executive Assistant (Korean/English Bilingual)

Work Schedule: Fully Onsite
Pay Rate: $42.00 – $44.00/hr.

Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to a Corporate Vice President. This role supports daily executive operations through calendar and schedule management, document preparation, expense and invoice handling, and coordination of office activities. The position requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of corporate experience required
- Executive-level administrative support experience preferred

- Fluent in Korean and English (verbal and written communication required)
- Strong executive calendar and schedule management experience
- Experience handling invoices, expenses, and basic bookkeeping
- Excellent multitasking, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties including mailing, copying/printing, scheduling, office setup, equipment upkeep, and ordering supplies
- Maintain records management systems and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documentation
- File, retrieve, and maintain corporate documents, records, and reports
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence (mail, email, faxes)
- Draft and prepare responses to routing inquiries and correspondence
- Assist with event planning, including scheduling, catering, setup, and breakdown
- Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries
- Maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor at all times
Required Skills
- Bilingual in Korean and English

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
