Summary:

Client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Manager to manage and audit marketing expense payments and ensure compliance with corporate policies. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in financial reconciliation, vendor payment tracking, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with marketing teams, business management personnel, and external vendors to validate expenses and lead process improvement initiatives.

 

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 3+ years of relevant Finance or Accounting work experience

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and perform validation and reconciliation of marketing expense payment activities

• Review and approve invoices by comparing them to vendor backup documentation and contracts to ensure accurate payments

• Develop and execute proper expense payment processes and procedures

• Oversee and deliver training and communications to marketing teams

• Provide support for month-end closing and audit activities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to lead process improvements

 

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience in audit and reconciliations, accounting and monthly closing

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills

• Proficient with Excel and SAP

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading change initiatives and training programs

• Ability to establish and report marketing expense compliance KPIs

• Strong analytical and organizational skills
