Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Investments, Planning & Insights Manager to join our global Demand Generation organization. This role is responsible for leading the development of global marketing investment strategies, overseeing financial operations, and delivering reporting and insights that drive data-informed decision-making. The ideal candidate is a proactive, analytical thinker who can own financial planning and reporting processes while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and cross-functional priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Global Reporting & Insights
- Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reporting
- Deliver clear, data-driven insights on marketing investments and performance to leadership
Investment Strategy
- Lead global marketing investment strategy
- Manage budget allocation, goal setting, and alignment with business priorities
- Optimize spend across worldwide performance marketing campaigns
Financial Operations
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial processes
- Ensure accurate tracking of marketing investments and alignment with company goals
Process Improvement
- Identify and implement improvements in reporting and forecasting processes
- Enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years of experience in:
- Performance marketing
- Financial planning
- Marketing analytics or related fields
- Strong expertise in:
- Marketing attribution and incrementality
- ROI analysis and budget optimization
- Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, and Analytics teams
- Ability to analyze complex data, derive insights, and translate them into strategic recommendations for senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Global, in-house eCommerce or digital marketing experience (SEM, paid social)
- Experience with ROAS frameworks and incrementality measurement
- Strong understanding of:
- Performance marketing metrics
- Forecasting and budgeting methodologies
- Hands-on experience with:
- Reporting dashboards
- Data management and data warehousing
- Familiarity with Martech/Adtech platforms and marketing automation tools
- Proven track record of improving workflows and QA processes
- Demonstrated ownership of financial operations in a global marketing environment
- Proactive, growth-oriented mindset with strong business acumen
- MBA or Master’s degree (Finance, Marketing, Data Science, or related)
- SQL knowledge
