Job Description:
We’re seeking a data-driven Financial Analyst with strong Power BI dashboard development expertise to support the Commercial Truck Finance team. This role combines financial analysis, business intelligence, and process automation, enabling leadership to make faster, more informed decisions through real-time visibility into pricing performance, volume trends, market share, and key operational metrics. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Power BI/Tableau, SQL, Excel, and automation tools to transform complex financial data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI and/or Tableau dashboards for pricing, volume, market share, and operational KPIs.
- Develop standardized data models and reporting definitions to ensure consistent and auditable KPI reporting.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support pricing decisions, deal reviews, and strategic initiatives.
- Automate recurring reporting, reconciliation, and data preparation processes using SQL, Python, VBA, and Power Query.
- Partner with finance and business leaders to gather reporting requirements and deliver scalable analytics solutions.
- Translate raw financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights and executive-level reporting.
- Improve reporting efficiency by reducing manual processes and enhancing data accuracy.
- Serve as a resource for dashboard design, reporting best practices, and data governance initiatives.
