Job Title: IT Service Finance Coordinator (Bilingual: Korean & English)
Location: Onsite
Assignment Length: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $50 hourly
Summary
This role plays a crucial part in managing overall IT service costs, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting strategic decision-making through comprehensive reporting and data management. The position requires a blend of financial acumen and strong interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with IT service vendors, internal teams, and management.
Key Responsibilities

IT Services Master Management:
Maintain IT services master file in collaboration with vendors and support company-wide budgeting and execution status reporting to management. -
IT Service Vendor Invoice Processing:
Validate IT vendor invoices against signed contracts and budget approvals. Process monthly invoices through the internal finance portal. -
Monthly IT Expense Reporting:
Prepare monthly IT expense and Year-to-Date (YTD) reports. Monitor expense trends and support management reporting. -
IT Service Contract Management:
Coordinate IT service contract signing process between contract owners and vendors. -
Contract Signing Facilitation:
Ensure requirements are validated and facilitate signing among stakeholders and vendors. -
Ad Hoc Support:
Respond to inquiries related to expenses, invoices, contracts, and IT General Ledger (GL). Provide team support as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Language: Fluent in Korean and English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Technical Skills:
- High proficiency in invoice processing and data management using Excel.
- Strong understanding of IT service management and finance processes.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise between teams and vendors.
- Ability to handle ad hoc requests and provide timely support.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in financial reporting and expense management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and data management tools.
- Knowledge of IT General Ledger (GL) processes.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of financial and/or accounting experience.
