We’re looking for a detail-driven Grants Project Specialist to support a critical initiative focused on reconciling grant data across multiple systems, including Workday, state agency records, and federal data sources.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving discrepancies, and collaborating with stakeholders in a structured, impactful environment. You’ll receive hands-on training in Providence before transitioning to your onsite role in Cranston.
What You’ll Be Doing

Reconcile and validate grant data across Workday, agency systems, and federal records

Investigate and resolve discrepancies in data reporting

Partner with state agency staff to support reconciliation efforts

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance standards are met

Learn and apply state-specific reconciliation processes

Strong data analysis skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ability to work with datasets, formulas, etc.)
