Title: Human Resources Generalist
Location: Griffin, GA
Details: 24-month contract with ongoing need, opportunity for direct hire, fully onsite role
Pay Rate: $20.00 – 22.00 based on benefit inclusions

Job Summary
This position supports the business by executing complex administrative and HR duties. It is a backfill role designed to maintain continuity in HR operations and ensure that essential employee services and compliance processes are carried out efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Core HR Processes: Accurately manage employment compliance, payroll, absence tracking, timekeeping, mobility logistics, benefits enrollment, and employee data updates.
  • Deliver Employee-Facing Services: Provide responsive and professional support to employees during HR-related interactions, ensuring a positive service experience.
  • Identify Process Improvements: Monitor HR workflows and suggest enhancements that improve speed, reduce costs, or elevate the employee experience.
  • Support HR Metrics and Reporting: Collect, organize, and report operational data to help leadership assess HR performance and identify trends.

Years of Experience and Education

  • Experience: 0–2 years in customer service or human resources roles. Candidates with internship experience in HR or related fields are encouraged to apply.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Comparable Backgrounds: Candidates with prior roles in customer service or entry-level HR positions will be well-suited for this opportunity.
