Summary

The Talent & Culture Operations Specialist will support the execution of talent and culture initiatives across the organization, with a strong focus on operational excellence, communication, and cross-functional collaboration. This role plays a key part in delivering high-impact initiatives such as in-person events, recognition programs, and company-wide communication efforts.

This position works across multiple workstreams, partnering closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and a consistent employee experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of talent and culture projects, including in-person events and recognition initiatives, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong stakeholder alignment
  • Provide hands-on project support across talent and culture initiatives, managing timelines, coordination, and execution across cross-functional teams
  • Serve as a communication bridge between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery
  • Manage company-wide communication submission and approval processes, ensuring consistency with organizational messaging
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships as a trusted partner
  • Support initiatives across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through development and retention
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting quickly to shifting priorities and business needs

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR, talent operations, or equivalent certification and/or relevant experience
  • Experience working in a large, global, matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated understanding of employee experience and the employee lifecycle
  • Experience supporting HR initiatives across multiple functions
  • Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors

Preferred Skills

  • Experience executing talent, culture, or employee engagement initiatives
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to proactively problem-solve and adapt to changing business needs
