Pay Range: $38-43 per hour
Job Description:

The main function of a Project Lead is to coordinate and support projects by managing schedules, tracking deliverables, facilitating communication, and helping ensure project objectives are achieved. A typical Project Lead is responsible for coordinating activities across multiple teams, monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and providing project updates to stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Coordinate project activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and action items.
  • Facilitate project meetings and communicate status updates.
  • Identify risks, issues, and potential roadblocks.
  • Support implementation of project objectives and business initiatives.
  • Maintain project documentation and records.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts and process enhancements

Typical task breakdown:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules and plans.
  • Coordinate activities with stakeholders and team members.
  • Facilitate meetings and track action items.
  • Monitor project milestones and deliverables.
  • Prepare project updates and status reports.

Interaction with Team:

  • Work closely with project stakeholders, team members, business partners, and leadership.
  • Coordinate efforts across multiple functions to support project goals.

Team Structure

  • Reports to the Learning & Development Manager.
  • Works closely with Curriculum Developers, Lead Trainers, and Training Specialists.
  • Partners with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to support project objectives.

Education & Experience Required:

  • Years of experience:
  • 2-4 years of project coordination, project management, or related experience preferred.
  • Degree requirement:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required.
