Infrastructure Support Analyst
Location: Dearborn, MI 48120
Schedule: Hybrid – 4 days onsite
Pay Rate: Up to $40.45/hour, depending on experience and chosen benefits
Position Overview
The Infrastructure Support Analyst will support enterprise Storage as a Service (StaaS) and Data Protection as a Service (DPaaS) offerings. This role partners closely with infrastructure, server, and vendor teams to support planning, asset management, financial tracking, and day-to-day operational activities across a global storage environment.
Key Responsibilities

Support planning, tracking, and execution of work using Jira, including Epics, User Stories, and Tasks

Assist with asset management activities, including leasing, service contracts, and lifecycle tracking

Contribute to current and future planning initiatives supporting the global expansion and evolution of storage services

Support installation of new storage hardware and removal of end-of-life equipment

Assist with planning and installing fiber connections to new storage devices and completing connectivity requests originating from server teams

Perform ongoing troubleshooting within a server-connected storage environment

Support financial tracking, capacity planning, and reporting activities

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for storage installations, decommissions, and hardware refreshes
Required Skills & Qualifications

Associate-level IT experience (2+ years)

Experience using Jira for planning, tracking, and task management

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel

Ability to analyze complex data and present findings to leadership

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

Knowledge of procurement, purchasing, or project management processes

Familiarity with data center layouts, access procedures, and operational standards

Understanding of storage fiber infrastructure, including fiber optic connections and Cisco MDS switches

Experience coordinating installation and decommissioning of storage devices

Familiarity with vendor power and connectivity requirements
Education

Bachelor’s degree required
