Inventory Analyst
Location: Davenport, IA
Pay: $30-$32/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

A leading manufacturing organization is seeking a Material Coordinator / Inventory Analyst to join its team in Davenport, IA. This onsite role focuses on inventory accuracy, cycle count processes, data analysis, and resolving inventory-related issues within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates looking to launch their careers, as well as candidates with experience in inventory, supply chain, materials, logistics, or business operations.
Responsibilities
- Support inventory accuracy initiatives and cycle count activities
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and perform root cause analysis
- Resolve production-related inventory issues and support operational needs
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources
- Create and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and inventory documentation
- Collaborate with production, materials, and operations teams to identify and resolve issues
- Assist with continuous improvement efforts related to inventory control and material flow
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in daily work
Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules as needed
Preferred:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Finance, or related field
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, spreadsheet analysis, and charting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with inventory, materials coordination, logistics, or data analysis
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
Work Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 40-50 hours per week
- Overtime and weekend work may be required
- Schedules may change based on business needs
- Candidates must be flexible with shift assignments and overtime requirements
- Position is fully onsite in Davenport, IA

- Metatarsal footwear is required on the first day.
