  • Schedule: On-Site Full Time, First Shift, Monday-Friday (Core Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, flexibility to complete an 8-hour workday)
  • Pay Range: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour

Job Description:

  • Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials, inventory, and production activities to support manufacturing operations and ensure production demands are consistently met.
  • Serve as a key member of the materials planning team by managing inventory levels, supplier communications, and material availability within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor production schedules, inventory levels, work orders, and material requirements to support uninterrupted production.
  • Analyze inventory, labor, and material data, generate reports, and resolve material shortages, past-due orders, and planning issues.
  • Collaborate daily with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure materials are planned correctly and delivered on time.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and requisition materials and supplies necessary to support production demands.
  • Review and adjust schedules as needed due to material shortages, design changes, or operational disruptions.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 5-7 years of experience in inventory analysis, materials planning, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to accurately document information and analyze manufacturing, labor, and material costs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree or 2-year degree preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Materials Analyst, Logistics Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail, adaptability, customer focus, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Work Environment

  • On-site position located within a manufacturing facility in Seguin, TX.
  • Office-based role with regular interaction across supply chain, operations, and manufacturing teams.
  • PPE provided for facility access and plant floor exposure as needed.
  • Team consists of a manager, team lead, and five additional team members.
  • Up to 25% travel may be required.
