Job Title: Inventory Analyst

Pay Range: $19 – $21 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Position Overview
A leading manufacturing organization is seeking an Inventory Analyst to support inventory accuracy and cycle count processes within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role combines inventory management, data analysis, and problem-solving to identify inventory discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and maintain accurate inventory records.
The ideal candidate will have inventory experience in a manufacturing setting, strong computer skills, and experience working with ERP systems such as SAP.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support inventory cycle count activities
- Print and manage cycle count documentation
- Partner with inventory counters and manufacturing personnel
- Enter count results and inventory transactions into SAP
- Investigate inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis
- Perform corrective action analysis and close inventory counts
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting
- Verify inventory counts on the manufacturing floor
- Utilize SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint to support inventory activities
Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with inventory management in a manufacturing environment
- Root cause corrective action analysis experience
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Experience with inventory control and data entry
Preferred
- SAP experience
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Warehouse, shipping/receiving, cycle count, or forklift experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Additional Information
- Approximately 50% of the role will be spent on the manufacturing floor verifying inventory counts
- This is not a material handling position; candidates will not be physically moving parts
- Metatarsal boots are required
