We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of digital and enterprise products that deliver meaningful customer and business value. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience and is ideal for someone who thrives in both strategic thinking and hands?on execution.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end?to?end product lifecycle from ideation through launch, adoption, and continuous optimization.
- Define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap aligned to business goals, customer needs, and market trends.
- Lead and partner with cross?functional teams (Engineering, UX, Data, Marketing, Commercial, and others) to deliver high?impact solutions using agile methodologies.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories, including defining acceptance criteria.
- Own and groom the product backlog, incorporating learnings into prioritization and release planning.
- Use data, analytics, and user research to prioritize work, validate assumptions, test hypotheses, and measure success.
- Forecast ROI, track post?launch performance, and drive product adoption and optimization plans.
- Support business reviews and operating rhythms, providing structured product updates and performance reporting.
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels, tailoring messaging to the audience.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure products remain best?in?class.
- Foster strong collaboration across teams to identify and resolve delivery impediments.
- Operate with an owner mindset, accountable for outcomes, not just outputs.
- Mentor and support junior product team members in strategy, analysis, and execution.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, UX, Customer Experience, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–6 years of experience as a Product Manager in a modern software or digital product environment.
- Strong experience with product discovery, roadmap planning, backlog management, and agile delivery.
- Data?driven mindset with strong analytical and problem?solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive?level presentations.
- Ability to thrive in fast?paced, ambiguous environments and pivot when needed.
- Experience working with cross?functional and globally distributed teams.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate insights into compelling product narratives.
