Job Description:
Education Requirements (Experience in Lieu of Degree): Bachelors
Certification Requirements (Any Preferences): PMP
How many years of experience are you looking for?: 5+
The Project manager will perform responsibilities described herein and adequately provide overall project management to support the OATI Simplification Project, providing day to day leadership of project functions.

Resumes are required to reflect evidence of delivery for all the following project management activities & deliverables:
1. Facilitation of team meetings
2. Facilitation of design sessions
3. Providing project updates to the required stakeholders and project personnel per the project communications plan
4. Facilitation of project schedule inputs and updates
5. Creating, maintaining and communication of the project Risk register
6. Creating, maintaining and communication of the project organization chart
7. Maintaining and communicating on the project budget and forecast for the full scope of the funding project
8. Maintain and completing PGE’s System Design Life Cycle (SDLC) documentation throughout the lifecycle of the project.

Can you give a high-level overview of your team size, roles, its initiatives/deliverables, and any tool/technologies specific to your team/department/project they will be supporting:
The GOTS team is a 6–8 person application development and integration team supporting grid operations technology. This role will support the OATI Simplification project and related deliverables, including system integrations, testing, documentation, and production support using tools such as AWS/OATI, PI/OSIsoft, EMS, APIs/SFTP
 
What would you say is the top priority for the worker over the first few weeks/months?:
The top priority will be to quickly understand the OATI Simplification scope, current integrations, stakeholders, and project timeline, then begin supporting key deliverables such as requirements clarification, testing coordination, documentation, and issue resolution.
