IT Security Analyst – Junior 100% Remote Duration: 12 Month Contract Rate: $40-46/hr W2 W2 Only

Our team is pivotal in educating and empowering Associates to enhance our cybersecurity culture. We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and skilled contractor to join us in shaping our Cybersecurity Champions Program and Cybersecurity Training needs across our organization. Our Cybersecurity Champions Program educates users on security best practices throughout the application delivery lifecycle, collaborating closely with solution delivery teams to enhance our Client’s overall security posture. We are looking for a highly organized and collaborative contractor with strong organizational skills and attention to detail to support our team in various capacities.
Responsibilities include:
Assist in coordinating and planning various training offerings, ensuring they are well-organized and effectively executed to boost engagement and learning outcomes
Provide support in curating communications with champions and stakeholders keeping them informed with program and training updates, exciting announcements, and upcoming events
Develop materials to acknowledge, track, and celebrate champions’ achievements, showcasing their dedication and success
Creating necessary resources, tools, and documentation to empower champions in effectively fulfilling their roles
Create and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including training pathways, SharePoint resources, onboarding materials, and more, to ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility
Gather and analyze feedback from cybersecurity champions to identify areas for improvement and assess program effectiveness
Develop methods to capture and share success stories as qualitative metrics within the organization
Generate reports to measure participation and engagement
Promote learning training opportunities and maintain a learning calendar
Minimum Required Qualifications:
1-5 years of IT Analyst experience (Cybersecurity preferred)
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel is required)
Strong organizational abilities
Strong analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proven capability to effectively manage multiple efforts simultaneously
Enthusiastic demeanor that energizes and engages audiences
