Technical Analyst I (Help Desk Support) – Onsite

Overview
We are seeking a Technical Analyst I to provide first-level help desk support and assist end users with technical issues in an onsite environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level help desk support for end users
- Troubleshoot Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (laptops, monitors, printers, peripherals)
- Assist with setup, configuration, and basic maintenance of IT equipment
- Document issues, resolutions, and recurring problems
- Escalate complex issues as needed
- Support overall business systems and contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or related field
- Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office products
- Basic knowledge of hardware troubleshooting
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to learn systems quickly and operate in a hands-on environment
- Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Liberty, MO
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a help desk or onsite IT support role
- Familiarity with general IT service management practices
