Pay Range: $50-53 an hour 
Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Knowledge Management Program Manager to lead the development, governance, and optimization of a centralized knowledge management ecosystem. This role will be responsible for creating a single source of truth for customer-facing and internal content while driving information quality, accessibility, and consistency across multiple teams. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, organization, and governance of enterprise knowledge repositories. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to gather, organize, and maintain knowledge assets. 
  • Establish and maintain content governance standards, database hygiene processes, and quality controls. 
  • Review, update, and retire outdated content to ensure information remains accurate and accessible. 
  • Monitor knowledge base effectiveness through usage metrics, content quality measurements, and findability analytics.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. 
  • Support the development of scalable processes that improve knowledge sharing and operational efficiency. 

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Knowledge Management, Content Operations, Information Management, Documentation Management, or a related field. 
  • Strong program or project management experience.
  • Experience developing and maintaining knowledge bases, content repositories, or information management systems. 
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. 
  • Ability to organize complex information and establish governance processes. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 
  • Experience in renewable energy, telecommunications, banking, insurance, healthcare, or other highly regulated environments. 
  • Background in customer support operations, content governance, or information architecture.
