Summary:

Our client is seeking a Learning & Development (L&D) Generalist to support the design, execution, and management of enterprise learning initiatives. This role is highly collaborative and execution-focused, supporting L&D program development, leadership development initiatives, and project management across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter and fast learner with strong analytical and organizational skills, experience coordinating learning programs, and the ability to work cross?functionally with L&D Program Managers, Training Facilitators, Instructional Designers, and HR partners. This is a fully onsite role supporting high?impact learning initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

L&D & Leadership Development

  • Design and support learning and leadership development programs aligned with organizational goals
  • Conduct training needs analysis and analyze survey feedback to identify skill gaps
  • Develop and maintain L&D dashboards and program metrics
  • Facilitate training sessions as needed
  • Support instructional design and development of learning materials

Project Management

  • Manage project timelines, calendars, and communication plans for L&D initiatives
  • Provide operational and administrative program support
  • Create and update training materials, including presentations, guides, and eLearning content
  • Track KPIs and ensure alignment with program objectives

Learning Management System (LMS)

  • Manage LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone OnDemand), including course uploads and learner assignments
  • Ensure accuracy of training records and generate completion and performance reports

Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with external vendors to support and integrate learning solutions

Metrics & Analytics

  • Develop scorecards and quarterly summaries to measure learning impact
  • Analyze program data and feedback to continuously improve learning initiatives

Required Skills & Experience:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or a related field

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development
  • Experience supporting or coordinating L&D programs and projects
