About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Localization Project Manager II to support the delivery of high-quality localized content and user experiences across more than 50 languages. In this role, you will coordinate localization quality assurance efforts, identify and track issues, work closely with international testing teams, and help ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in localization testing, software QA, or linguistic quality assurance who thrive in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate localization quality assurance activities across multiple languages and regions.
- Perform exploratory testing on localization tools and workflows.
- Identify, document, track, and validate bugs and defects.
- Collaborate with internal teams and global vendor testing partners.
- Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and testing milestones.
- Escalate risks, blockers, and quality concerns in a timely manner.
- Support the delivery of high-quality localized products and content.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and cultural appropriateness across localized experiences.
- Maintain detailed documentation and testing records throughout the project lifecycle.
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in localization testing, localization QA, software QA, linguistic QA, or a related field.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience managing priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of localization workflows and quality assurance processes.
- Experience performing localization testing and/or software QA testing.
- Proficiency with bug reporting, defect tracking, and issue management.
- Experience with exploratory testing methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Native-level fluency in at least one language in addition to English.
- Experience supporting localization efforts across multiple languages and regions.
- Experience working with localization platforms, translation tools, or content management systems.
- Previous experience coordinating with international vendors or distributed testing teams.
- Passion for delivering exceptional global user experiences.
