Title: Logistics Analyst
Location: Decatur, IL
Details: 12-month contract with ongoing need, opportunity for direct hire, fully onsite role
Pay Rate: $26.00 – $29.00/hr. with benefit inclusions
Job Summary:
Examine documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy and conformation to standards and specifications. Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities. Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures. Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.
Responsibilities:

Years of Experience and Education:
- High school diploma or GED required with 8 or more years related experience required.
- Would prefer an associate’s degree with 5+ years related experience or a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience.
- Previous relevant industry experience: Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement.
- Internships and co-op experience will be considered toward required years of experience if applicable.
Skills Required:

- Ability to accurately document/record client information.
- Previous experience with computer applications (Microsoft Word & Excel).
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.
Additional Technical Skills (Required):
- Ability to analyze costs related to manufacturing, labor and materials.
