Title: Logistics Analyst

Pay Rate: $25.50 – 27.00/hr. with benefit inclusions
Job Summary
This role supports customer service, order management, and production scheduling activities within a collaborative operations environment. The position works closely with cross?functional teams to review demand, plan production schedules, and ensure accurate order execution. Due to the broad exposure across multiple functional areas, this role offers strong opportunities for skill development and internal career advancement.
Responsibilities
- Review, update, and manage customer and production orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Develop, maintain, and communicate production schedules to internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with local and global team members to align order demand and production plans
- Monitor schedule performance, identify issues, and review production variances
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers regarding order status and scheduling changes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to scheduling, order flow, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with onsite leadership and cross?functional partners in a professional office environment using standard collaboration tools
Years of Experience and Education
- Experience:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience required
- Internship experience is accepted
- Comparable backgrounds may include roles such as Accounts Analyst, Customer Service Representative, Order Analyst, or Scheduling Analyst
- Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- A Bachelor’s degree may be accepted in place of some experience if the field of study is relevant
- Master’s degree is considered overqualified for this role
Skills Required
- Core Skills:
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and review high?volume data accurately
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordination with internal teams and customers
- Proficiency with computer systems and business software used for order management and scheduling
- Technical Skills:
- Required: General computer proficiency and ability to work across multiple software platforms
- Preferred: Experience with tools such as Power BI, SAP, Salesforce, and O365 collaboration tools
- Soft Skills:
- Required: Attention to detail, effective communication
- Preferred: Problem solving, adaptability, innovation, and resourcefulness
