Summary
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist II to support logistics operations through accurate data collection, document validation, and invoice coordination. This role is execution-focused and ideal for early-career professionals with foundational logistics knowledge, strong attention to detail, and comfort working with data and documentation in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
The ideal candidate has 0–2 years of related experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, logistics partners, and customers to ensure accurate and timely logistics support.
Korean bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and validate logistics-related data, documents, and invoices via email

Examine shipping and logistics documents to ensure accuracy and conformance to standards

Coordinate and execute assigned projects and ancillary logistics services

Support department activities through accurate documentation and reporting

Collaborate with logistics colleagues, business partners, internal teams, and customers

Operate with a continuous improvement mindset within a highly matrixed environment

Perform additional duties and support tasks as assigned
Required Skills & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Experience: 0–2 years of related logistics or operations experience

Logistics Knowledge: General understanding of logistics operations within a specific functional area

Data & Tools:

Strong experience using Microsoft Excel

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word

Attention to Detail: High accuracy and efficiency when working with data and documents

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; collaborative team player
