Epitec is looking for an Assembly Manufacturing Engineer for our client in Davenport, IA. This is a hands?on, production?focused role supporting the Loader Cab Assembly line. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, solving daily production issues, and working closely with operators and cross?functional teams.
? What You’ll Do
- Lead safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvement initiatives
- Manage small?to?medium capital or process projects
- Develop work instructions, labor standards, and process flow
- Optimize layouts, tooling, and assembly methods
- Support new tools, technologies, and product changes
- Provide daily production troubleshooting
- Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Tooling, and Production teams
? What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Background in assembly or similar production environments
- Experience with quality tools, assembly processes, and tooling
- Familiarity with engineering/MES systems
- Strong communication and project leadership skills
- Self?driven and comfortable on the shop floor
