Industrial Technology / Engineering Role – 1st Shift
Location: Waterloo, IA (Onsite Only)
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Overtime based on production
Dress Code: Business Casual
Start Requirement: Metatarsal safety boots required on Day 1
About the Role
Join our team in a fully onsite position supporting factory operations. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about manufacturing and eager to apply engineering principles in a hands-on environment.
What You’ll Do
- Spend ~70% of your time on your feet within the factory
- Operate a John Deere Gator inside the facility (after safety training)
- Occasionally travel to other Waterloo facilities using your personal vehicle
What We’re Looking For
- Required:Degree in Industrial Technology or Engineering
- Open to:Recent graduates with manufacturing internships
- Preferred:Software programming experience
- Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong decision-making skills
Additional Details

- Fully onsite; must be comfortable in a factory environment and with occasional intra-facility travel
