Role Overview
This role supports execution of the Retail Channel strategy by partnering closely with carrier and cross?functional teams to ensure tools, resources, and operational processes function effectively. The individual will play a key role in annual business planning, operational strategy roadmaps, and process improvement initiatives supporting short? and long?term business objectives.
The role works directly with corporate retail account teams at both local and national levels to establish operational processes, measure execution, and drive consistent retail success.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze merchandising and display device spend versus allocated budgets
- Manage contractual obligations and retail operational agreements
- Support space planning and planogram development with carrier partners
- Drive launch planning, timelines, and coordination with carriers, vendors, and internal teams
- Manage security partner relationships, funding, and approval processes
- Execute mystery shop initiatives focused on planogram compliance and visibility
- Oversee shipping journey strategy and partner execution
- Coordinate timing and scheduling of merchandising resets
- Align retail strategy to partner distribution models
- Coordinate and synthesize field insights to inform execution and planning
Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement
- Partner cross?functionally with carrier teams to ensure operational alignment
- Communicate complex, fast?changing information clearly and concisely to executive audiences
- Advocate for operational efficiency, repeatability, and scalable processes
- Influence and support business cadence activities including planning, budgeting, and business reviews
- Provide operational insights across channels, geographies, and service levels to improve sales performance and go?to?market strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree plus 7+ years of relevant retail experience
- Experience supporting multiple retail accounts and operations
- Strong cross?functional collaboration and project leadership skills
- Ability to operate in a fast?paced, evolving retail environment
- Experience developing processes, metrics, and performance measurements
- Knowledge of retail development, store systems, and equipment (preferred)
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication, time management, and organizational skills
