Summary
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention for client mobile experience offerings. This role will focus on developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns to promote client services, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote client services, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, marketing and creative services, to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimize marketing efforts.
- Manage and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and email.
- Optimize product performance by aligning brand strategy with retail channel execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and achieve business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the device protection, technology or mobile industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
