Education & Experience:
• MBA preferred with 3–4 years in marketing, business strategy, or product marketing
• 4–6 years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience across diverse industries including sports, music, lifestyle, luxury, and digital-first brands/apps
Summary:
Client is seeking a strategic and collaborative Marketing Strategy Manager to lead North Central (NC) marketing initiatives. This role will drive go-to-market strategies, optimize marketing activations, and foster cross-functional alignment across internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and brings a disruptive mindset to challenge the status quo and elevate Client’s mobile marketing playbook.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead NC marketing strategy and activation planning
• Identify market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies
• Present formal briefs to stakeholders and develop tactical plans with KPIs
• Create and maintain KPI dashboards and bi-monthly reporting forums
• Continuously optimize plans to maximize ROI and reallocate resources effectively
• Act as the central connector across marketing, cross-functional teams, agencies, and leadership
• Serve as the expert on the company and competitor product portfolios and marketing strategies
• Provide regular business context updates including goals, market trends, consumer personas, and competitive insights
