Material Flow Analyst
Job Type: W2, 2-year Contract
Job Location: Liberty, Kansas 67351
- Monday to Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm
- Possible overtime before and after shift
- Saturday work with 6-hour shifts as needed
Pay Rate: $23 – $24 an hour

Establish and execute the strategy for material flow and movement across raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods. The role aims to optimize material movement to enhance productivity and efficiency, reduce inventory levels, and improve inventory accuracy.
Major Duties
- Analyze and collate data using established tools and formats, working independently.
- Manage inventory for a major site or large factory, identifying and resolving issues within existing procedures.
- Execute planning activities within a low-complexity supply chain framework.
- Prepare complex documents using various applications and summarize data for special reports.
- Provide support and guidance to others on data management systems.
- Perform supplier management activities to support team or role-specific needs.
- Assist others in maximizing the use of external and internal communication systems.
- Engage in personal development through assessments, training, coaching, and professional accreditation.
- Stay current with relevant technologies, regulations, and industry best practices via education, conferences, and media.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Level.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- SAP knowledge is preferable.
- Industrial/Mechanical Engineering degrees are a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience working on the shop floor in a manufacturing factory.
