About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Principal Product Professional to lead the development of the Product Vision at the Product Family level, driving business value and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role ensures alignment and manages dependencies across teams within the Product Family and with cross-functional partners. As an individual contributor and servant leader, you will not manage team members but will influence and guide through expertise and collaboration. You bring deep knowledge that allows you to identify patterns and solutions without dissecting every detail. Your contributions are often recognized beyond your organization, reflecting your impact on the profession.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the Product Vision for the Product Family to align with business goals and customer needs.
- Manage dependencies across teams and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
- Actively identify, manage, and escalate risks and customer-impacting issues to leadership.
- Work within core customer success domains, including:
- Service Operations
- Disaster Recovery
- Observability
- Drive initiatives that improve customer experience and operational resilience.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of experience as an IT Product Manager, ideally with program management experience.
- Proven ability to lead complex product strategies and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Expertise in Splunk and Dynatrace, with strong analytics capabilities.
- Experience in managing conversions and large-scale product initiatives.
- Strong understanding of observability, service operations, and disaster recovery principles.
- Ability to influence without authority and operate as a trusted advisor across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Recognized thought leader in product management or related fields.
- Ability to see patterns and anticipate challenges without exhaustive analysis.
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale environments and customer success strategies.
