Network Operations Project Manager

Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid), Monday – Friday
Job Type: W2 Contract
Pay Rate: $50–$55/hour (Optional benefits package available)

Summary

We are seeking a transformational Project Manager with a strategic mindset and a passion for continuous improvement. This role will be instrumental in driving execution across key operational areas and enhancing program performance. The ideal candidate is agile, curious, and self-motivated, capable of working independently while delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will lead initiatives across three critical domains:

  1. Tools Management

    • Drive business enhancements and provide operational support for tools of record, primarily Salesforce.
    • Identify, assess, and implement process improvements to mitigate risk and automate workflows.
  2. Communications & Training

    • Update training and reference materials based on enhancements and process changes.
    • Develop and deliver reporting, metrics, and communications to internal and potentially external stakeholders.
  3. Governance & Compliance Oversight

    • Track and manage defined governance and compliance activities to ensure alignment with organizational standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Self-directed and proactive, with the ability to manage ambiguity and scope changes.
  • Strong communicator with experience presenting data and insights to C-suite executives.
  • Collaborative team player committed to meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed environment and influencing across teams.

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with payments networks and JIRA.
  • Prior experience compiling data analytics and identifying trends.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with minimal supervision.

Technical Skills

Must Have:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and Teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and business requirement writing.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with ServiceNow ITL.
