Job Description:
The Operations Analyst supports day?to?day execution and planning for export and fleet (non?retail) vehicle orders. This role focuses on tracking orders from entry through delivery, identifying and resolving scheduling or logistics issues, and providing clear reporting to support operational and leadership decision?making. The position works closely with internal teams, customers, and logistics partners to keep plans aligned and issues addressed quickly.
Key Responsibilities / Job Tasks
- Track export and non?retail vehicle orders from order entry through production and delivery
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, coordinating with internal teams, customers, and logistics partners
- Identify order, scheduling, production, or shipping issues and work cross?functionally to resolve them
- Monitor forecast vs. actual performance and flag gaps or risks requiring adjustment
- Produce recurring weekly reports, analyses, and presentation materials for leadership reviews
- Calculate and report tracking metrics to support planning and forecast accuracy
- Support production and scheduling requests related to fleet and export orders
- Coordinate with IT and operations teams to resolve system access, reporting, or data issues
- Update dashboards and reports to maintain accurate, timely operational data
- Support special logistics activities and documentation as needed
- Provide coverage for critical tasks and assist with ad?hoc operational requests
